At Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) - Global, our Communications Team helps elevate the ideas and perspectives of emerging leaders shaping foreign policy today.

We are looking for volunteers who want to:
• Build strategic communications and storytelling skills
• Create content and campaigns that reach global audiences
• Collaborate with driven peers across regions and disciplines
• Be part of a mission that has real purpose and impact

If you have a passion for writing, narrative building, social media, branding, visual design, or community engagement, we would love to hear from you.

What you gain:
• Hands-on experience in international strategic communications
• Partnership with global policy leaders and professional mentors
• Opportunities to build your portfolio and lead creative campaigns
• A meaningful role contributing to global thought leadership

What we are looking for:
• Strong writing or editorial skills
• Interest in diplomacy, security, governance, development, or global affairs

• Availability of min. 3–5 hours per week

Allie is an immigration attorney based in Miami, Florida, specializing in employment-based visa categories and global migration systems. Her work spans from advising Olympic athletes and creative professionals to supporting asylum seekers and humanitarian visa recipients through pro bono service.

At YPFP, Allie combines her expertise in international law and foreign policy with a strong commitment to human rights and global mobility – bridging borders and building understanding.

Meet Gonzalo Bañez Villar, one of our distinguished speakers for “Argentina’s Economic Crossroads: Policy and Politics Ahead of the Midterms.”

Gonzalo is the International Editor-in-Chief at Todo Noticias
(TN) and a columnist on Radio Rivadavia. He has covered global conflicts and elections across Europe, Latin America, Ukraine, and the Middle East.

With degrees in Journalism and International Studies, Gonzalo brings a unique perspective that bridges global affairs and domestic narratives. He is also a Council Member at CARI, FURP fellow, and part of the Fulbright Young Leaders program.
